Losing a spouse or partner is a profound and life-altering experience. This group offers a compassionate space to share your journey, learn coping skills, and explore mindfulness and self-care practices. Through psychoeducation and peer support, you will navigate grief with understanding, resilience, and hope. You are not alone—join us as we heal together.
Wednesday Afternoons, 4/9/2025 – 5/14/2025, In Person
This group integrates Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) principles with expressive exercises to help participants process grief with kindness, presence, and self-acceptance. Sessions include mindfulness practices, self-compassion exercises, expressive writing or art, and reflective discussions. Themes will touch on honoring the past, embracing the present, and exploring hope for the future.
Thursdays Afternoons, Twice Monthly, TBD, via Zoom
Wherever you are in your journey of grief, you are welcome in the Healing the Loss of a Spouse or Partner group. Participants will listen attentively to what is on each of your minds and hearts and offer their own experience and insight by way of meaningful support.
All groups are facilitated by a trained clinician.
