Noelle Clearwater, M.A., Registered Associate MFT, Bereavement Counselor

Noelle provides individual bereavement and anticipatory bereavement services for children and adults, and she facilitates a spousal loss support group. Before coming to HSB in 2017, she worked for the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, New Beginnings Counseling Center, Salvation Army Hospitality House, Salvation Army ARC, and Pacific Pride Foundation. Prior to her counseling career, she also spent 14 years as a community college English instructor. Noelle holds a master's degree in counseling psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and a Master's in English from UCSB. In 2023, she became a doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. In her spare time, she likes to read and write poetry and participate in community song circles.
